ChatFuel will be integrated into Scrub Daddy’s website: https://scrubdaddy.com/ with the goal to automate customer service FAQ needs with AI. Reflection
The process I went through was starting at the top of the list of research tools provided which was Chatfuel then I looked at the possibilities with that and glanced at Manychat and Tars as well but felt that Chatfuel had the friendliest interface for my intentions with this project. After that I went to chatGPT and just asked for a step by step on how to create a chatfuel chatbot and it got me through the basics then I personalized the FAQs a little and obviously the company itself would know any other actual FAQs that they get asked and could go that way and include those however I just used a couple basic ones and included them on the flow.
