Reflection
When it came to teaching the machine I went to youtube and converted a video of cats to images and got a zipped file of about 200 images of cats to train the cat part of the machine, then I did the same thing with a video of dogs and put them into the machine for class 2. The kind of data I included was images because it was a image classifying machine, meaning it would look at something and say it was a dog or cat. Some more data could have been helpful so I would have a more diversified pictures of cats and dogs but I think the machine works fairly well with the data that I provided it. More information definitely wouldn’t hurt though. My model seemed to work very well for what I wanted it to do as if you google an image of a cat or dog the machine will classify it correctly. I didn’t get the chance to try it with a live dog or cat however and sometimes based on the background the machine will classify a wall as something.
